Built for Hino, Suzuki, Honda, and other Japanese-OEM programs at our 10,000 sqm SGS-certified Cikupa factory. Standard automotive geometries and fully custom bonded sub-assemblies on the same production floor.

The Metal & Rubber Parts range covers every bonded rubber-to-metal component PBR produces under one heading: engine mountings, suspension bushings, dampers, vibration isolators, body mounts, and stabilizer bushings. Rubber compound on one side, steel, aluminum, or brass insert on the other, chemically and mechanically locked together in a single mold cycle. The same bonding discipline has run continuously on Japanese-OEM programs at this facility since 2003, with adhesion pull-tested on every batch under our SGS-certified ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Slider Chain Guards (2-Wheel)

All-rubber slider chain guards for motorcycles — no metal insert. Molded in abrasion-resistant compound for the chain run on the swingarm, preventing metal-on-metal wear and chain slap. Standard 2-wheel OEM sizes and custom geometries.

How Bonding Works at PBR

Degrease

Solvent or alkaline clean to remove cutting oils from metal insert.

Surface prep

Blast or chemical etch to expose fresh metal surface.

Bonding agent

Primer + top-coat from Chemlok / Megum / Cilbond family, matched to compound.

04

Mold & cure

Rubber and metal cure together in one shot.

05

Pull-test

Every batch sampled — failure should occur in the rubber, not at the bond line.
