SGS-certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system audit for rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts

PBR Awards and Recognition — A Track Record of OEM Trust

Awards from OEM procurement teams aren't given for marketing. They are given when a supplier ships on spec, on time, with documentation that holds up under internal audit — over years.

Hino Best Supplier 2009

In recognition of consistent quality, delivery, and program execution, PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia named PT. Putrabangun Rubberindo (PBR) as Best Supplier 2009. The recognition was formally presented on 25 January 2010 and signed by Toshiro Mizutani, President Director of PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia.

For an Indonesian rubber-parts manufacturer to be named Best Supplier by a Japanese-OEM principal of Hino's standing was — and is — a significant signal of quality maturity. It validated the compounding, molding, bonding, and QC disciplines that became the template for every subsequent customer program we run.

What These Awards Mean for Your Procurement Evaluation

  • Track-record signal. A Japanese-OEM principal awarded Best Supplier means the underlying quality system, supplier-audit conformance, and program-execution discipline already meets the standard your team will likely apply.
  • Continuous quality system. Awards from 2009 and 2010, combined with continuous ISO 9001 certification (2008 standard from 2009, currently certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS), show the quality system has not lapsed in 16+ years.
  • Customer reference availability. Where customers permit, we can arrange formal references aligned to specific procurement evaluations.
