Process from compound to carton

Automatic chemical weighing of raw rubber and additives. Kneader compounding on 55-litre or 75-litre internal mixer. Two-roll mill finishing and rheometer cure-curve check. Barwell automatic preform for consistent shot weight. Vertical injection or compression molding. Post-cure for compounds that require it. Deflashing, inspection, packaging, dispatch.
