Metal & Rubber Parts
Engine mountings, suspension bushings, dampers, vibration isolators, body mounts, and frame-rail bushings. The bonded rubber-to-metal foundation of every OEM program we run.

PBR (PT. Putrabangun Rubberindo) has built engine mountings, bushings, hoses, seals, and custom molded rubber parts for OEM customers for 22 years. Our 10,000 sqm Cikupa factory is SGS-certified to ISO 9001:2015 and trusted by Hino, Suzuki, Honda, ROKI, APM, GSS, TACI, BMT, and PT. Enomoto Srikandi Industries.
Three product ranges, one near-fully integrated factory floor, one quality system. Whether you need a standard engine mounting, a bonded vibration isolator, or a custom-compounded seal that holds up against hot oil, we run it on the same 65-machine controlled process.

Engine mountings, suspension bushings, dampers, vibration isolators, body mounts, and frame-rail bushings. The bonded rubber-to-metal foundation of every OEM program we run.

Oil seals, water pump seals, drum seals, air-intake hoses, custom molded parts, and industrial sealing. The unbonded, all-rubber side of our catalogue.

High-voltage power silicon parts, marine gaskets, industrial machinery vibration isolators, industrial seals for oil, gas, water utility and process equipment, and specialised custom molding for reliability-critical programs.
Compounding, mixing, molding, deflashing, QC, packaging — all under one roof at our 10,000 sqm Cikupa facility. Tooling is primarily in-house (CNC milling + FDM 3D printer), with vetted external partners for advanced or highly specialized molds. We match the molding method to the part, not the marketing line.
9 cold runner injection presses keep the runner channels cool so uncured rubber stays usable for the next shot. Denser parts, cleaner finishes, less flash, and 15–30% less material waste per run than compression molding on the same part.

Most of our molds are designed and cut on our own in-house CNC milling line, with an FDM 3D printer for prototype tooling and early fit checks. For extremely difficult or highly specialized parts we partner with vetted external tool makers — a strategic choice that keeps lead times short for the majority of programs while ensuring complex tooling gets the right specialist hands. Either way: direct iteration between mold engineer and press operator, controlled cost, IP protection.
More on our process
NBR, EPDM, SBR, natural rubber, CR, FKM, and silicone — sourced from Lanxess, ExxonMobil, and Sumitomo, then compounded on 2 open roll mills, a 55-litre kneader, and a 75-litre kneader. Every batch is rheometer-tested for cure profile and Mooney-tested for processability before it touches a press.

Named in our official company profile: Hino, Suzuki, Honda, ROKI Co. Ltd, APM, GSS, BMT, TACI, PT. Enomoto Srikandi Industries on the 4-wheel automotive side; high-voltage silicon parts for industrial power infrastructure; plus capability in industrial seals for oil, gas, water utility, and process equipment.
Engine mountings, bushings, hoses, seals, weatherstrip, and bonded isolators for Hino, Suzuki, Honda, ROKI, APM, GSS, BMT, TACI, and Enomoto Srikandi.
Silicone (VMQ) compounded for dielectric performance and thermal stability — insulator components, sealing parts, and dielectric components for utility-grade applications.
Industrial seals, gaskets, drum seals, and custom-compound parts for oil, gas, water utility, and process equipment applications. FKM where heat and aggressive chemicals are present; NBR for general oil contact.
Vibration isolators for conveyors, compressors, generators, and pumps. EPDM and CR for seawater and weather. Custom molding for applications that don't fit any catalogue.
Four operating principles, written in both languages since 2003. Not a poster on the wall — the way the factory runs every shift.
