The Industrial Specialty range covers reliability-critical applications outside automotive. The anchor capability is high-voltage power infrastructure silicon parts: verified and central to this range. Around that core: industrial machinery vibration isolators, marine gaskets, industrial seals for oil/gas/water utility/process equipment, and specialised custom molding. The product mix is narrower than our automotive range, but the test bar is higher.
What's in the range
- High-voltage power silicon parts (anchor): silicone (VMQ) compounded for dielectric performance. Insulators, sealing, dielectric components for PLN-grade and utility-grade applications.
- Industrial machinery vibration isolators: bonded rubber-to-metal isolators for conveyors, compressors, generators, large pumps.
- Marine gaskets and components: EPDM and CR (neoprene) for seawater and weathering.
- Industrial seals for oil, gas, water utility & process equipment: FKM where heat and aggressive hydrocarbons are present; NBR for general oil contact; EPDM for water and steam.
- Specialised custom molding: dielectric, industrial process, marine, mining, specialty industrial. Tooling routed primarily in-house with vetted external partners for the most complex jobs.
Why these programs run differently
Industrial specialty programs typically carry per-batch testing requirements beyond standard automotive. Our QC lab is built for that bar (Mooney, rheometer, tensile, ozone, aging, endurance), and where the customer's QA program requires bespoke rigs, we build and maintain them on-site. Tailor-made customer-specific test machines are a real capability, not a marketing line.
